Eagle Partners represented the Hill Companies in the sale of the company. Hill Companies was the largest insulation contractor in California, with annual sales of $100 million. Hill Companies merged with two other regional insulation contractors to form BSI Holdings in an industry consolidation transaction sponsored by Kenner & Company, a financial buyer based in New York City. This was our second transaction for this client as we represented them when the business was sold by the founding entrepreneur to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, a number of years before the BSI transaction.
